Step 1: Do the Research

When you tap on the Research tab on our home page, you’ll have access to several reviews that delve into all kinds of details about the automobiles that interest you most. Here’s a sample of the vehicles you’ll be able to check out:

When you go to the New tab, a list of options will drop down. Click on the one that says Custom Factory Order. When you do, you’ll be presented with such options as the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, the Dodge Durango, the Dodge Challenger, and the Jeep Compass. Once you’ve decided on the one that appeals to you most, click on the Start Your Custom Order button below it.
The form that pops up will only take a few moments to fill out. It contains fields to place your name, phone number, and email address. You’re welcome to place any questions you might have inside the Comments box. Finally, hit the Submit button at the bottom.

Next, you’ll be contacted by a member of our team. They’ll set up a time for you to come in and go over the specific items you want to include with your custom order.
Once the order has been placed, you can plan on it taking about 10 to 15 weeks before your new Chrysler, Ram, Dodge or Jeep arrives at the dealership. When it does, someone will be in touch to let you know it’s ready to be picked up.
