1. Eggington’s
As its name suggests, Eggington’s serves up a variety of egg dishes, including the traditional eggs Benedict, Denver omelet, and bacon mushroom frittata. Other delicious breakfast favorites include chicken-fried steak, triple berry oatmeal, and a breakfast banana split. Be sure to order a side of red skin potatoes, cheesy hash browns, or fresh fruit.

Johnny J’s is a favorite of Casper diners, thanks to its authentic ’50s diner atmosphere and its delicious made-from-scratch breakfast dishes. Johnny J’s serves up classic combos of eggs, bacon, and toast. Omelets include ham & cheese, chicken green chili, and veggie lover. Johnny J’s skillets combine eggs and cheese with ingredients such as sausage, mushrooms, and chicken-fried steak.
If you have a sweet tooth, try the double blueberry pancakes, the French toast, or the banana pecan waffle. For diners in the mood for something lighter, steel-cut oatmeal, fresh fruit, and muffins are available. Don’t forget to order a cup of coffee or a glass of juice to accompany your meal.
3. Yellowstone Garage
If you’re looking for a unique hangout for weekend breakfast and brunch, check out the Yellowstone Garage. This one-of-a-kind restaurant is in a former gas station and mechanic’s garage built in the 1920s. The brunch menu features a variety of omelets, including bacon and avocado, veggie, and Spanish. House specialties include steak and eggs, avocado toast, and stuffed French toast. Breakfast bowls and breakfast burritos are also on the menu. Yellowstone Garage offers a kids’ menu for younger diners.
4. The Cheese Barrel
While The Cheese Barrel is famous for its delicious cheese bread, it also offers Casper diners an excellent breakfast menu. All dishes are made with the finest selection of meats, cheeses, and other fresh ingredients. The buttery croissant comes with scrambled eggs and two pieces of cheese. You can also add bacon or ham. Other specialties include the huevos rancheros, green chili skillet, and breakfast burrito. You can also choose from a variety of omelets, like the Denver, ham and cheese, and Western.
The Cheese Barrel’s menu also features pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and cinnamon rolls made with the restaurant’s homemade cream cheese frosting. Before you head home, order a cheese board to go so you can sample the restaurant’s delicious selection of cheeses. You can also take home some of The Cheese Barrel’s soups, sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
